Capella Sydney is located in the heart of the city centre, occupying an entire city block near Circular Quay. It is located in close proximity to iconic Sydney landmarks including the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Royal Botanic Gardens and is within walking distance of all major retail and hospitality districts. The hotel’s interior design preserves and celebrates original elements throughout including timber oak floors, original windows and a marble-clad foyer – all fused with contemporary design touches. Morning Ultimate Australian Food Tour: Taste your way through Australia’s history on this 3.5 hour walking tour, where each bite helps tell the story of a nation’s evolving food culture. Perfect for those who want to go deeper in learning about Australian food, history, culture and more. Starting from Customs House, your guide will give you a brief introduction to Sydney’s history and the significance of where the tour starts. You will then head off for a coffee and learn about Australia’s casual, healthy, and deeply-embedded cafe culture – and how this has now been exported around the world. Afterwards, you will venture into Sydney’s city centre, making your way towards the Queen Victoria Building before looping back towards Circular Quay, with a range of mouth-watering food stops along the way. To save time, we might take the light rail back to Circular Quay (at your own expense). You will finish at an Aboriginal-led restaurant under the sails of the Sydney Opera House with harbour views of the Bridge, with a shared grazing platter of native Australian foods. At the completion of your experience, make your own way to your accommodation.

Summit at Twilight - BridgeClimb: Your 3 hour tour commences with a comprehensive briefing and safety demonstration, before you are led by one of BridgeClimb’s Climb Leaders, on a guided journey (including preparation and briefing), to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The tour takes you along the top arch of the Bridge on catwalks and ladders all the way to the summit, 134 metres/440ft above Sydney Harbour. The steady incline to the summit leaves you free to focus your attention on the surroundings, with the opportunity to witness 360-degree views of Sydney including east to the Sydney Opera House, west to the Blue Mountains and the Harbour City surrounds. Upon conclusion receive a cap and a photograph of your group, then make your way to your Sydney accommodation.

Day 3: Sydney (Warrane)

Sydney Harbour Long Lunch Cruise: Enjoy a 4 hour cruise on iconic Sydney Harbour on board a luxury cruiser. Cruise past the world famous landmarks of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House as your crew will be on hand to tell you about the past and modern day history of the harbour. Start with entree at Watsons Bay and then cruise onto Middle Head and into Middle Harbour. Discover the beauty of the harbour and then stop at Balmoral for lunch at a world famous iconic harbour side restaurant. Depart Balmoral and cruise past the Spit Bridge while you indulge in your dessert with cheese platter and wines to match before the return to the main harbour where you will have an opportunity to stop for a swim if you choose (time & weather permitting).
