Phillip Island 

Only 90 minutes from Melbourne, this little island packs a punch. Perfect for Nature and Animal lovers. This island is full of beautiful beaches, unique rock formations, caves, and blowholes! Named after the Grampians of Scotland, these sandstone peaks are known for their amazing rock formations, deep gorges, flora, and fauna. Full of cultural history and incredible biodiversity.  The Grampians are the site of 90% of the Aboriginal rock art in the state of Victoria and host species that can only be found in this area, like the Grampians pincushion lily. 

Macedon Ranges 

The Macedon Ranges are packed with stunning landscapes, luscious gardens, and waterfalls. It’s full of Icons of its own. Take your time to explore this region and see wonders like Hanging Rock. Its striking rock formations were formed over six million years ago by volcanic activity, leaving behind these dramatic columns. Or visit Mt. Macedon; this scenic destination will not disappoint, no matter what season you visit. See the wonderful spring views, the awesome leaf foliage in Autumn, or watch it turn into a magical mushroom garden in the winter. The Macedon Ranges are an absolute must-visit on our list of iconic landscapes.
