Star Seeker’s inaugural season will begin in the Caribbean in January 2026, where several Windstar yachts will come together in celebration. Then, the ship will then cross the Panama Canal toward Alaska, where it will sail from May to August before heading across the Pacific to Japan.

Onboard you'll enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with a 1:2 staff-to-guest ratio, Star Seeker will deliver the perfect balance of warm, friendly service and a fun-loving ambiance. Nearly all 112 suites on Star Seeker come with a full private veranda or a floor-to-ceiling infinity window for stunning ocean views.

DINING OPTIONS

Fine dining has always been a pillar of the Windstar experience. As the Official Cruise Line of the James Beard Foundation featuring locally inspired cuisine, developed by a list of culinary all-stars using new flavors and fresh ingredients. 

Star Seeker’s culinary offerings include 5 dining options;

Amphora: Amphora presents a contemporary, international menu and fresh local dishes. New for Star Seeker, this venue will be open for breakfast and lunch (buffet style) and à la carte for dinner service. On Star Seeker, Amphora will offer both indoor and al fresco dining.

Star Grill: You’ll find all your traditional grilled and barbecued favorites (and discover new dishes from around the world) in this casual outdoor restaurant.

Yacht Club Café: A pleasant lounge and all-day coffee bar, which is the perfect place to relax with new friends and enjoy the 270 degree views from atop the ship.

Complimentary in-room: 24-hour room service menu for in-room dining features coursed menu from the main Amphora dining room during dining hours.

PUBLIC SPACES

Public Areas: Entertainment lounge, Star Bar, 2 jacuzzi’s, Fitness and Motion Studio, Large open decks, a pool, Yacht Club, Star Boutique.

Watersports Platform: Swim directly from the yacht’s platform and enjoy complimentary snorkeling gear, paddleboards, kayaks and floatable water mats.

World Spa by Windstar: Full-service salon and spa from around the world. Offerings include massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, and pedicures.

Open Bridge: Guests can talk with the Captain and officers on watch, view the navigational charts with the crew and enjoy one of the best views on the ship.
