AIR CANADA CORPORATE FLIGHT PASS (CFP) PROGRAM DISCONTINUATION ? EFFECTIVE JUNE 30, 2009

In order to offer a simplified choice of products, Air Canada has rationalized its flight pass product offering and will discontinue the Corporate Flight Pass program effective July 1, 2009. Corporate Passes may be purchased until June 30, provided Air Canada Corporate Sales receives a purchase order no later than June 23. Corporate Passes purchased on or before June 30, will be valid for one year from date of purchase and support for those passes, including Corporate Pass Reporting will be available until July 31, 2010 at cfpsupport@aircanada.ca.

Air Canada will continue to offer and evolve its wide selection of consumer and Flight Pass for Business products, which are suitable for companies of all sizes. The information on the Corporate Pass landing page at aircanada.com will be revised to reflect the last sale date. The landing page will be revised June 30, 2010.

1. What is the last date to purchase a CFP? All Corporate Passes must be purchased online no later than June 30, 2009. 2. What is the last day a company may submit their CFP Purchase Order? All purchase orders must be received by Corporate Sales, at cfpsupport@aircanada.ca by June 23, 2009. 3. Will Air Canada extend CFP that expire before June 30, 2010? No. Travel must be completed by the respective expiry date. As such, Corporate Sales will be reviewing. all CFP with top companies to ensure credits are used within the validity dates of the pass. 4. Will refunds be permitted? No. 5. Will the customer be permitted to cancel any unpaid Subscription installments? No. The terms and conditions of the purchase require the customer to complete full payment for the committed credits. 6. Will companies continue to have access to CFP assistance after June 30th, 2009? Yes. The support group will be available until July 31, 2010 at cfpsupport@aircanada.ca 7. Will the Corporate Reporting application still be available to CFP customers? Yes provided there is at least one active pass associated to the Pass Administrator(s). The functionality will be decommissioned on July 1, 2010. Requests for credit usage reports after this date may be made to CFP Support, up to July 31, 2010. 8. How can customer's cross-charge credits purchased/flown using Flight Pass for Business or other consumer pass products? At this time, reporting capabilities are not included in any of the consumer passes or Flight Pass for Business products. 9. Will Air Canada be able to track the company's Flight Pass for Business revenue? There is no change in the tracking process, provided the "CC" number is entered by the agency of record at time of purchase. 10. What is the value of AC2U without the Corporate Flight Pass product as many TMCs with Corporate business do not sell Tango Fares? Access to the AC2U continues to provide increased value to API customers. The AC2U platform will continue to provide full content of Air Canada's merchandised fares, attributes, consumer and Flight Pass for Business products. 11. Will there be any changes to the Flight Pass products? Not at this time. However, Flight Passes continues evolve to meet market needs. 12. Will there be a change to the Cash Rewards on consumer and Flight Pass for Business? No.
